Modern dental practice located in Myers Park is seeking front desk associate, ideally with experience and expertise in Dental Insurance. We will provide training, especially with navigating our computer system. We are looking for a kind, professional person who has good patient rapport, is honest, detailed oriented, can multitask, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Previous dental front office experience required.

This is currently a full time position, Monday to Thursday, Office Hours are 7:30-5 PM, 1 hour lunch.

The front desk duties of this job include (but are not limited to) the following:

-Answering the phone and scheduling appointments

-Checking patients in and out, collecting and posting payments

-Reviewing treatment plans with patients

-Verifying dental insurance, posting insurance payments

-Submitting dental insurance claims with all necessary documentation

-Following up on insurance claims, ensuring that all claims are properly paid and posted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 36 per week
